Jake.
I'm watching the TV programme right now and I suddenly thought I'd like to see how a ffw is made, what would you guys like to see if you could choose?
trials hoe
3d forged stems and hydro-formed tubing i'm assuming it's done the same way as t piece copper pipes are, well i know the hydro-forming tubing will be. edit - would also like to see how the splines are cut into crank arms too, gunna have a guess and say its the same way teeth are cut into cogs and the like. would be nice to see video of certain bits of a frame being cnc'd, like the funky headtube cut outs the black sky/zhi team/speedrace solo had and the cnc'd bb yokes too. Greetings
Echo published a video on youtube where they show the assembly of a freewheel. It's just a worker standing in front of a huge pit of balls.

Jake.
Who cares if it's simple to be made, what's wrong with that? It's still something I'd like to see being made.
