rab3481
made it before the T-Tech one came out. There was nothing else that would work with braided hoses! Made it out of a 30mm section of alloy MTB crank with a vertical drill and an M6 Tap

Jake.
You made it from a crank? Wow, looks good for a home made job.
Lewis Gething
That is the best looking Ozonys I have ever seen! Good job dude!
rab3481
yeah, a nice wee skinny crank, just thick enough to get the holes in. soft alloy is good as it compresses a little helping the seal. as long as the surfaces are square with the hose ends. Ross McArthur
Nice sepia picture Rab. Just get those brakes working so you're not looping out on gaps!...Getting rid of the splitter might help! Looks like a nice build anyway. Rusevelt
Ozonys, should have changed the paint job on the Curve V3, to make it look strikingly different from the Curve V2. Still a solid looking build.
wes
that is a v2 the v3 is this one http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/26_inch_frames/ozonys_curve_v3_blue_graphics/c14p11470.html
rab3481
it was purchased from tarty as a curve 3 a couple of weeks ago... Edited February 13, 2013 by rab3481
Rusevelt
Well then Ian needs to re-edit the title thread of his bike. Frame graphics on the tartybikes link, looks different to the Ozonys website link http://www.ozonys.com/ozonysv3/ Either way, the differences between the Curve V2, and V3, are very subtle at first glance. Jake.
How can tarty just send you the wrong frame? Haha, I'd be quite annoyed if that happened.

Mark W
We sold out of the V2s before we bought our V3s, so I'm guessing we must've received a random V2 in our order from Ozonys for some reason. The other one we've got in stock is the normal V3, and we've sent out other V3s before hand, so that's all I can think that's happened. Apparently when it was checked someone didn't spot the different graphics (visually it's identical apart from the graphics and the small holes in the BB yoke) so it got sent out. Like Rab said, he's been refunded for the difference between the two frames. Still a downer it happened though. Seeing as your "Liking" posts here Martin, you still owe me an answer from one of your old threads...
