AkuskaUK
I recently purchased a Rohloff Speedhub Tensioner, my problem is that my chain catches slightly on the sides... Anything to stop this? If a new chain, I need a strong one... Recommendations? Thanks in advance.

dave33
try replacing the jockey screws with longer ones an put a washer each side of the jockey wheels Thats what I done years ago and it was perfect for the 2/3 years I used it Just use a bit of thread lock on the bolts as they tend to undo themselves try replacing the jockey screws with longer ones an put a washer each side of the jockey wheels Thats what I done years ago and it was perfect for the 2/3 years I used it Just use a bit of thread lock on the bolts as they tend to undo themselves
ooo
When i used one I didn't need to replace the bolts, I just added some washers and used the spacers that came with it. It only needs a tiny bit of space, the screw bolt has extra on the threads, and the clip bolt has a washer on that you can swap for a much thinner one. Ash-Kennard
I was using a khe collapse with just the washers. So long as you chain line is good it will wear the inside a tiny bit then be fine
