Robin M S/c
Tensile are bringing out a brake lever combo for your Magura. Looks good with split clamp, 3 finger lever blade along the lines of an 05 Magura. Metal TPA and flip - flop design. http://www.tensile.net/tensile-tocco-hydraulic-caliper-brake-lever.html

Danny00135
I like how the lever is bolted in.. Stops it unscrewing and still looks ever so pretty

SamKidney
Tensile embossed lever blade isn't to my taste. I quite like them though. Cool to see more 05 esque brake options coming about that feature improvements over Maguras original.

Martin Reynolds
I like that manafacturers are bring out new designs/products, but why no split clamp?
Lewis Gething
Yeah, I also like the fact that many manufacturers are replicating the '05 design and improving upon the Magura version's faults The Racing Line Lever is still my favourite though

Robin M S/c
It has got a split clamp. It says 2 bolt clamp in the description and I've seen the prototype. It also looks the same either way up so can be used on the left or right hand side. Edited January 30, 2013 by Robin M S/c
Jake.
I like that manafacturers are bring out new designs/products, but why no split clamp? I think you'll see that's a split clamp Can't believe it took 7-8 years for this to happen!!!!

J.KYDD
I think they are hoping them to come in at around £50 per complete lever
SamKidney
I think they are hoping them to come in at around £50 per complete lever Thats brilliant considering the price of the Racing Line bodies which are at £40 for the bare shell. Jake.
Sounds okay, I've got a feeling they'll be on the heavy side though. I won't be fussed if it makes up for it in performance. When it comes to upgrading my lever bodies I don't know whether to get the tensile or cnc race line

Spend the extra £20 and get these. For the extra £10 they are each you get everything for a complete lever unit.

I'd rather have lighter parts over heavy parts, I don't give a shit what it does to my riding its nice to know that you've got light parts (to a degree). And we'll see, it depends what tensile offers. I'll be able to use my 4 finger levers with the cnc one which is favourable, I think I'd have to have a go on someone's bike with a set of these before I'm sold. Joe@Onza
They are based around the dimensions of the 05 magura. They weight will be similar. Like some one said earlier,, they are an improvement on the magura. More robust , more comfortable and more responsive. Split clamp lever, CNC TPA , hardened anodized finish. The embossed logo is like that due to them being left or right compatible and it had to be embossed as tensile has invested a lot of money into the tooling required to make this.

Blake
If the leaver comes as a complete it should come with a different piston? I place my bets on the piston being better than the magoo/echo one
craigjames
Looks awesome, appears to sort out all the issues with the 05 magura. Split clamp and flip flop design is cool. Nice to see a metal tpa as standard. Can see the sense in a 3 finger blade too, 2 finger has a nice firms feel but not enough power, 4 finger has the power but can make the brake feel a little squishy; 3 finger should have all the benefits without the squidge! All that for a Damn good price, seems a better thought out alternative at a very very good price!
