Jake.
Is it me or do you seem to have no power on the pedal ups and gaps? Not calling you a bad rider dez so don't take it the wrong way, I reckon the high bb causes it.
dezmtber
It's was on the 18-14 gearing all day. I could try a 13.
Jake.
Hmm I dunno, how long have you been riding? And have you let anyone who can do stuff above bar height on it? It would be interesting to see how they get on.
dezmtber
I am sure at some point rob will have a go and Danny . It will be intresting to see who.prefers it as Danny orders stock and rob prefers mods. Both very capable riders too. Laurence--Trials
It's not a case of your gear ratio it's the effect of the bb rise. Higher bb means you simpley can't get power down. This is why the new koxx sky has a lower bb. Because riders have started using the 'Carthy bar angle' it has the effect of raising the bb meaning you can't get as much power. I think you guys get what I'm getting at though.

I hope my new 70bb frame doesn't cause me to loose too much power
