mod_biker_barney
Alright people, I have a set of hope m4's, the old black lever body model, to go onto my 24" Identiti, and was just wondering what disc rotor size would be cool, I was initially thinking 203mm on the front and 180mm on the rear... Any suggestions? Thanks
dezmtber
203 on the rear would be better with those brakes for trials
mod_biker_barney
Ah ok cheers, just that ill be using it for park, ramp, and dirt riding for more than trials, so didn't want the 203 to get in the way
dezmtber
Park n dirt use the smallest rotors you can get 140 or
mod_biker_barney
Yeh thought so; went for the 180's in the end as through the colder months ill just use it for cruising with suspension forks, then come summer get some smaller rotors and some rigid forks... Cheers!
AkuskaUK
Park n dirt use the smallest rotors you can get 140 or 160 I've never understood this... Why?
dezmtber
Weight and 140 discs ar less likely to bend. They work better than bmx brakes too
