Sick of sitting at home in wet weather!

Today I have some ride on Inspired my regular XC route and there are some obstacles. Generally it's stairs and related stuff, because it's regularly cleaned. And it's pretty fun. Not like summer, not like.. but there are many stuff that you can do at winter, such as: 180s/360s, barspins and many of street stuff (generally on flat), manuals, endos (difficult), bunnyhops/pedalups and other stuff that possible to do. Pedal kicks not so real to do because of surfaces are slippy. Riding at winter is fun in some specific way. Also you need to do pretty accurate moves not to slip. And falls is not so painful.

Plus there are some crazy fun stuff like get some speed and jump/drop into snowdrift.

oh...dear lord, i left this thread for a while and just came back to it, indeed angry thread is very angry! i forgot to mention i was riding a gu previous dual rim and kept landing on my noggin (luckily i wear a lid), but my inspired arrived a while after i wrote this and safe to say, i have been to play in the rain and the snow, it was a good experience, altho a cold one lol, i thought everyone on TF were meant to be friendly and offer advice as opposed to some of the arrogant rudeness of people...obviously not

The Scunthorpe lads have a decent indoor spot. It's a bit of a trek for you though mate, they do have group rides quite often though.

Thanks Liam for the help! will give that some thought

Dry cold weather is my preference.. I tend to sweat a lot so in summer I'm dripping in 5 minutes.

Other conditions don't bother me though, even solo rides in the snow + heavy rain...

Danny i'm very similar to you lol, altho i do like summer as me ol' knees cant cope so well in the winter from previous motorcross and riding dirt

To everyone saying man up and such, it's nothing to do with manning up - I too don't go out in the wet or cold, not because I can't handle it, but because it's not fun.

The winter sucks and my bike gathers dust for 4 months of the year, every year.

Thanks Mike glad i'm not the only one lol, i can still ride places, but where i live everything we used to ride has now either been fenced off, or if its wet the usual spots are super slippery, like my garden for instance my pallets are getting a bit old now, i've treated them so many times in the past and now i'm starting to dislike racking my nuts on my stem haha
