I have already noticed weightgain, but its pretty weird waking up to eat meatloaf, chicken or a pumpkin and almond cheesecake or what ever else i can be bothered with making, it is very weird though.

Ah my work mate got talking about it and seeing the size of him and what he says they do, its looks insane. I have a while to go yet i think. Apparently all they did yesterday was 600 air-squats. :rip:

I go to crossfit. It's pretty amazing training. But most of the work outs include high tech moves and exercise which most people cant do straight off so they have to simplify them to stuff like air squats etc

They do clean and jerk squats deadlifts pullups muscle ups the list goes on

It's high intensity. Iv always been lean because of all the stuff I do. Trials Mtb road.

Checked me today with some callipers and I'm 7.52% body fat

Last time I checked I was 12% I think
