mintsauce
Sure, I don't think it's that spectacular, but I'd be interested in seeing it Here you go Ali. The clips of your foot-breaking-crash are uploading now They'll be on the following link on Youtube in about an hour: http://youtu.be/LWwFBFO9r4g It made me cringe to watch the footage back, it was bad enough being stood 10 foot away when it happened.
Ali C
cool, cheers for that, those darn slippery logs got the better of me. Thanks for the cool event again though, I still enjoyed myself up until that point
Jake.
Damn Ali that was brutal, how long did it take to recover? Edited January 20, 2013 by JMCD
Ali C
I think it looks pretty tame, but it was an awkward break that took 8 weeks in cast and another 4 weeks in a moon boot support thing but it took about 10 months until I could walk without a limp. Ali C
well, I started riding as soon as I was out of the moon boot, surprisingly it hurt less to ride than it did to walk. It really hurt if I failed a move and had to jump off, so my riding suffered for a bit, but I feel it's back to 100% now and I'm not scared of hurting it any more. Plus I can run again now.....which is nice.
mintsauce
cool, cheers for that, those darn slippery logs got the better of me. Thanks for the cool event again though, I still enjoyed myself up until that point No worries I think it looks pretty tame, but it was an awkward break that took 8 weeks in cast and another 4 weeks in a moon boot support thing but it took about 10 months until I could walk without a limp. Certainly doesn't look tame to me! For injuries like that it sucks how tiny bones in the feet and hands often take longer to heal that big clean-breaks

Lewis Gething
I want to know where the footage that Adam had shot ended up. We were promised a video of Tarty Days 2010 as well, but that never got further than a trailer
