Little Yoshi
Found some old books when clearing out my great aunties places after a pipe burst. Found some old ones and was wondering if anyone can help me out. On the inside cover of two there is this printed. "This specially prepared edition, issued in 1959, is for the members of The Popular Book Club, 9 Long Acre, London, W.C.99, from which adress particulars of membership may be obtained. The book is issued by arrangement with the orignal publishers, Longmans Green & Co. Litd" The books are Cassino by Fred Majdalany and The Secret Invaders by Bill Strutton And Micheal Pearson. Any help would be handy as were trying to work out how we got these books.
Tony Harrison
I expect someone in the family was a member of The Popular Book Club. Find any vintage porn?

AndrewEH1
I suspect it might be a mail order book company, sort of like a Reader's Digest Condensed Book Edited January 15, 2013 by AndrewEH1
