williams
thanks, how would i go about rawing it? just paint stripper? I think caustic soda since my mates one looks anodized. The paint go off really easy with sand paper though so it's a option aswell He just used sand paper Edited January 11, 2013 by williams

Blake
Bear in mind it's welded at both ends so if you're into big drop gaps you'll want to replace it every few months

Mark W
...which is also welded, albeit not at both ends. In fairness, very few people seem to actually snap stems, and although I'd recommend a forged stem over a welded stem every time, welded stems aren't necessarily 'bad'. isitafox
Just think of all the people running welded trialtech high rise stems on their street bikes and the pounding they take, needn't be a worry
