forteh
Just seen this, pictures not loaded on my phone but a corn sounds like a fair bet, they've been known to escape and survive outside for years in the uk! As long as you don't intend to feed him then room temperature will be no problems, they do just fine with a range of 20-30 C, but they do need to be able to get to the lower temps aswell so make sure onlyone end of the tub is near the heater. If he has been outside for a while it would beyer to keep him cooler. Keep him on plain newspaper with a water bowl and a couple of cardboard boxes to hide in. Make sure that the lid is secure, snakes are rediculously good at escaping through seemingly impossible size holes! Regarding royal pythons, they need daytime hot end temps of about 32 C, think you got confused with fahrenheit Edited January 7, 2013 by forteh
hI-OOPS-CAPS
I had a dream about a snake in my house after reading this thread. I would peak around the corner down the corridor and it would always be looking. I would peak again and it would just keep staring, but I always thought it was gonna come for me. Luke Rainbird
Haha, apologies. The chick upstairs is still freaking about this, poor girl Trowser was collected from me last night and is now on his way back up to Bedford where his previous, careless owners now reside. Here's hoping they manage to hang onto him a little longer this time!

hI-OOPS-CAPS
A small venomous snake came into my ex's house in rural Thailand. It coiled up behind a cabinet until I fearfully broomed it away.
