CalRobbo341
The Giro Hex is the best I have ever had, total helmets I have had is 3, not many but the Hex is perfect. Fits well, cheap, reliable, looks good ect..
Jake.
Had a hex for 2 years, great helmet. Used a standard mountain bike helmet before that, and it's much more protective and comfortable.

Danny00135
Everyone has different shaped heads, so whats comfortable to one person may not be to another, If you can get yourself to a bike shop to try some, or any friends who could let you try theirs would probably be best, instead of buying blind. I've just recently got a met terra, and i'm pretty impressed with it...
customrider-Rhys
as danny said everyone's different so your best bet is trying a load on and seeing what feels best, ive got a met crossover and im very impressed, nice styling, light, fits well and is well priced
Callum219
Thanks guys might purchase it from cyclereactiions but I might see if halfords do it so I can try it on?

Blake
Thanks guys might purchase it from cyclereactiions but I might see if halfords do it so I can try it on? yeah I went to my local shop and tried some bell helmets on, but they said they could order me one in. I couldn't be bothered to wait around for them to order it and stuff so I just got one off wiggle as the only medium sized one that chainreaction did were in yellow and blue, so I got one off of wiggle in green and black! dezmtber
661 recon, fox flux, specialized tactic or if your feeling flush, poc trabec race or trabec The poc has lots of kevlar wraped round it to stop puncture damage and a kevlar skeleton making it much stiffer. thinkdougie
I had a nasty fall with my old hex and it saved me, just moved to a MET Terra and first impressions are really good seems better made than the hex.
