peggysue
Ok, so I've decided to bite the bullet and try some carbon bars ... It's either the tryall or trialtech carbons . Would there be any difference strength wise between the two ? The trialtech are slightly lighter but the tryalls look nicer . Can't decide . Anyone had both and compared or broke any ? Cheers
Jake.
Strongest and stiffest bars I've used are the Tryall carbons. Haven't used trial tech so no comment but I'd expect the same. Carbon is stronger than alloy providing you don't bash the bars up loads (don't worry about bar ends, just use bar plugs). I've also used the rockman carbon bars which were excellent too, just preferred the Tryall geo.
Carlperkins
tryalls are mint. i had a go on a bike with trialtechs.. and they feel weird. and they have a weird shape. lumpy. the try alls are only like 1g lighter i think? and they look waaaay better.
