Blake
Does it really matter? It's a custom frame. The idea is to have what you want be that a totally new concept or just a skye copy with horizontal dropouts...... My brain can't quite process that last line. . .
aener
My brain can't quite process that last line. . .Just need to insert some grammar He's basically saying "if what you want already exists, but without one particular feature you want, what's wrong with getting it made?"And he's perfectly right. These sort of things aren't copying for fashion - they're copying because they're just a good idea.Breath frames are copying Sky 2 frames, but this is using something someone else did for a practical reason - not a bandwagon. It's like saying modern stock frames are copycatting mod's 'cause they've got horizontal dropouts!Or Deng for copying BMX for having press-fit BBs.Or whoever copying whoever first made dropouts with grub screws instead of snail cams. There's been a couple of Jaf frames made that weren't stiff enough in the back end, so these gussets add that bit of strength needed. So I heard all your frames are practically the same because you all have headtube cutouts.

Jake.
I only mentioned the radix in particular because it's the first 24" frame that comes to mine when I see that bracing.

eskimo
It's a test patch for the finishing colour. I am having chrome silver all over. By Saturday it should be complete ready for the spray booth Love the colour. Some high res ones would be awesome when it's built. So that´s why he wants this geo, to feel tall, got it.

Rob Leech
Josh and flipp It started off as this with the videos, but it's whatever you'd like it to be. I've always liked "Joshs Adorable Fabrication" but it sounds a bit femanine .

Blake
Thank god those aren't maggie mounts, or you'd have a tough time tightening the rear bolts.
trials hoe
Schwale mow Joe 1.85 front Tyre will be interested to see how you get on with this, it's between this and the rocket ron for me. Thank god those aren't maggie mounts, or you'd have a tough time tightening the rear bolts. and running the chain, if they were surely they'd foul the chains routing with slaves mounted. edit - is it me or does the bb look huge dia. wise? trials hoe
Might be a press in bb looks like there are threads in there, in the pics on the previous page. the tubing could be thinner dia. than anything i have to look at for scale, maybe. LEON
BB shell has threads in it, I think it's a normal bb shell. It's just such a tiny frame it makes the hole look bigger.
