dezmtber
It's a test patch for the finishing colour. I am having chrome silver all over. By Saturday it should be complete ready for the spray booth

trials hoe
what made go for vertical dropouts? also - what Geo did you go with? bb looks pretty high on the jig.
Luke Rainbird
Those dropouts look lush - rotated 90* and a tad longer they'd make for some extremely tidy short horizontals, hmm...
isitafox
I'd guess at the vertical dropouts as the wheel has 2 sprockets on so will probably be going with a sprung tensioner
Jake.
You can tell the bb is high when the top tube and the seat stays point upwards.
Blake
You can tell the bb is high when the top tube and the seat stays point upwards. They're not going to point down.
Jake.
They're not going to point down. I mean like, look at the echo 2011 frames, the top tube and seat stays are in line. Even older bikes like the zoo pointed downwards. Make sense?
isitafox
Nope, that's down to the length of the seattube

Jake.
Nope, that's down to the length of the seattube Oh, I always thought it was due to the bb rise haha.
Luke Rainbird
If you want to get reeeeeally anal, it's the combination of a few things including (but not limited to) BB rise, stay length, seat tube length, the position the chain/seat stay are welded onto the dropouts, tube diameters, top tube/head tube weld position, seat tube angle and so on. Can't put it down to just one thing
