Martin Reynolds
Are you sure its 24"? It looks like 26" with 24" wheels to me
alanczik
looks cool!!! really like it but does it ride better on 24 then the 26?? isnt the arms filing too low?
FamilyBiker
Are you sure its 24"? It looks like 26" with 24" wheels to me thought that, look at the brake mounts
bike_dummie
Thanks for all the comments It's one of the older Monty frames designed for a 25" wheel But the geo is perfect for a streety 24"!
Martin Reynolds
thought that, look at the brake mounts From the camera angle its hard to see if the brake mounts line up or not, i was also going from how far away the wheel is from the bb yoke Thanks for all the comments It's one of the older Monty frames designed for a 25" wheel But the geo is perfect for a streety 24"! Are you sure its not a 26 with the brake mounts in the wrong place? For all you know, monty could have done a speedrace
bike_dummie
99% sure it was meant to be 25" as I know they're still a few around but unfortunately it never took off. I presume it was because of tyre choice or something like that?

Jake.
If you can, you might want to consider moving the mounts down the frame if you want to use a rear magura? Would have to be a top notch job though.

Would have to be a top notch job though. I've got adapter's so i can run 24 or 26 with a magura Although i prefer to ride brakeless as i go bigger and in general it a good laugh
Blake
I'm fairly sure he's going to run it brakeless.

JoNnY__Mc
Bike looks awesome! Looks like you have the bar angle just right too for street - the stance of the bike looks mean! Believe me guys this rides really really nice, this build is light weight aswell considering the spec is solid. Don't knock it just because it isn't an inspired like pretty much every other 24" brakeless build!
Revolver
I wonder where the wheel is. It looks nice, you should measure the geometry up, it'd be interesting to know what it measures as.
bike_dummie
Geo is - 640mm - Reach 390mm - Chainstay 1020 - Wheel Base +10 - Bottom Bracket ? - Head Angle. As Jonny said the bike ride sooo nice!
