Dislocated my shoulder abou a year back and have been pretty wary about what i do with it now, can anyone tell me what common injries occur during trials. Obviosly shinners, cut, brushes etc... but if you know of any semi serious/ serious injurys let me know what injury and where it would most likely occur:) Many thanks!

I've broken my fingers a few times while riding trials..

I usually do it when I'm riding natural cause there's rocks and stuff on the ground where you put your hands if you fall.

Other than that my shins are more scar than "normal" skin now, even have 3 scars from seperate ocations that look like a smiley if you look closely.

Hit knee on stem quite a few times, pain went after a few minutes though. Shindigs quite a lot when I first started, not so much now. Sprained ankle once doing a small move, considering getting an ankle brace. Other than that, not much. Have landed and hit my head on a few stuff with a helmet on, so definitely get a helmet!

Arms ache after really long rides

Hands burn too

Wrists can ache, but not if you have a sensible bar/lever angle

Back can also ache, but warming up and taking time to stop riding for a couple of minutes and rest your back (mainly if you have a low front end) will pretty much stop this :)
