Blake
The rounded nipples, there should be a screwdriver head if you take your rim tape off
BradJohnson
Pop the spokes in, at even tentions. Then just find the buckle and tighten the opposite side to the buckle, If the spoke already feels its under enough tension, loosen the side where the buckle is. Just have a play around untill its true. Bear in mind your using a disc so the rim doesn't need to be perfect.
ashleys sugden
ok thanks, but in the couple of rounded spoke nipples, the thread has come all the way through the nipple and will not let me put a screw driver in it The rounded nipples, there should be a screwdriver head if you take your rim tape off

Luke Rainbird
Molegrips if you get stuck, but replace the nipples while you're at it.
Little Yoshi
Your using a disk aye? If it goes through the forks thats true enough. Remeber having a go on Ross McArthers marino a wee while ago and the wheel wa almost touching both sides of the forks.
dezmtber
I would let the tension off the whole wheel then replace all the broken nipples and start from the begining as if i had just laced the wheel up new
