Jake.
What crank, crank length, bb length?
dezmtber
you need a longer bb or your frame is bent. is the bb the original spec?
Ben Gosden
Most likely as said above you need a longer bottom bracket, the sooner you get the measurements on here the sooner you get an exact answer to solve it.
liamfriar199
crank is 21cm dont know length of the BB , its just stock onza rip:/ could i just file down the crank ?
Lewis Gething
crank is 21cm dont know length of the BB , its just stock onza rip:/ could i just file down the crank ? 21cm? You need to measure it from the centre of the pedal axle to the centre of the BB axle and in mm. The BB's axle length is the most important bit of info that we need to help you. Take both your cranks off and use a digital calliper or similar to give us the measurement. Also, attach a photograph of the crank rubbing the frame so we can get an idea of what's up

liamfriar199
not this one:/ took both cranks off and measured it with a 8 inch electronic ruler thing from the edge of the BB to the other end
Lewis Gething
ok, so the BB is 118mm , crank from pedal axle to centre of axle is 171mm dont know how to put a pic on :/ Hmm, okay. I was expecting it to be a 123mm. What make of BB is it? Could it be that you bought something cheap like this?: http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_158436_langId_-1_categoryId_210159 I am pretty sure that a 128mm axle would fix your problems
