Try-All Trials Shoes

I have had two pairs of try-all shoes. first one try-all sole B and now I have the normal one.

This at first, sole B:

And this now:

Sole B last long 3 ages before two holes start to appear in the sole, although they are stiffer, I didn't feel lose of touch.

Now I have the normal ones for 5 months aprox and the sole seems to be weaker than sole B.

Both are super grippy no problems with this.

I love the protection of ankle, with ribo's the protection is nice too, but the ankle is less fixed and for me with more chances to twist it.

This is what I can contribute.

More than one season? The sole won´t last even that.

I'm not an expert on these but Carthy has had his yellow leather rebos and he's a guy who's riders atleast as much as most if not more. For the season and he's still using them now

In his trial n error vid he had used at least 3 different pair of shoes and I doubt that vid was filmed over more than a year time frame, more like few months . And there goes the objectivity of that statement...

People often have more than one pair of shoes, you fool. He might have preferred one colour to another, or one was closer to hand when he was going on a ride.

That was filmed over a fair few months

Put it this way he got them just after the alter world cup. Which was 1 week before antrewpn

And he's still using them now and the last time I rode with him just a couple of weeks ago. So basically the season.

I don't use them I'm just saying what I was told about the leather ones being so good

And if you did notice in the video he's wearing the same five tens which he's spray painted twice

Now can you stop causing arguments as I'm just stating some facts

No you are stating your opinion as it´s a fact, which it isn´t. In that vid he is using red/yellow/black ribos and some white sneakers. If I had 4pairs of riding shoes,I´m sure they would last long.

Ok well think what you like, your a lost cause

And as I ride with him fairly often it's safe to say I'm talking facts. Your just arguing for the sake of it

5 10s are the way to go. i now treat them as 'riding only' shoes and avoid wearing them full time, i wore them daily when i was in uni in first year, i was walking 2 miles+ 5 days a week and riding 2 times a week, they didn't last more than 7 months before they looked f**ked and the soles were pretty ruined. however my high top boots have lasted really well. i've got some new danny macs and you can make out the outline of a v8 on them after 25 hours of riding... soft grippy soles = sucky wear life. hard shoes will always last longer but tend to let you down on the grip factor... i don't mind shelling for a good confidence booster when i'm riding though
