williams
Heeeeeeeey guys! I've had a Onza pro frame (the blue one) laying around for ages mainly because of stripped threads, I've fixed them now and want to get the headset out and it's stuck! Doesn't move a inch when I hammer on it, using the hammer and screwdriver technique. Any tips except making sure the frame doesn't move? BradJohnson
Spray it with some WD40, get someone to hold the frame and hit it with brute force, worked a treat for me.

williams
Pretty sure they're integrated headset? No man, it's a "standard" headset with ball bearings:) Edit: But the 2013 onza vox and genesis have intergrated headsets:) Edited December 8, 2012 by williams
Blake
Sorry thought you meant the much older ones. I could just imagine someone having a hard time.trying to knock out cups that are part of the frame.

ghostrider88
GT85 not WD40. Doesn´t matter.
TROYston
Doesn´t matter. WD40 is a water dispersant. GT85 is a lubricant. I would use lubricant.
bike_dummie
WD40 does lubricate aswell as displace water, so you can use either

ghostrider88
WD40 is a water dispersant. GT85 is a lubricant. I would use lubricant. As bike dummie said. WD40 not being lubricant is one of the oldest myths here.
TROYston
Mythbusters needs to test this shiz. I would still use a product that described itself as a Lubricant, and not a a water dispersant.
