I've been feeling really ill today (thanks Sam!) but my day has managed to end well by finding out I'm finally getting somewhere with my weight gaining mission :) still weigh less than a normal 12 year old girl, but whatever... PROGRESS!

Just tired of being properly skinny to be honest, and having a goal gets me training again which just means I'm generally healthier. I fell out with running because I punished myself pretty hard with the marathons and stuff and this is just another thing to enjoy :)

65.7kg and 10.5% for me, from 64.5 and 11.5 2 weeks ago, which had been static for about 4 weeks. Not much, but I'd be happy to continue that trend for another few months.

1.2 kg up in weight and 1% up in fat simply means that you lost muscles and gained fat,(the ratio depends on your height),for what should this be good for?

no offensive post, just curious, some have to gain fat because their organs need liposomes in their membranes(morbus crohn etc)

If you look closely, you'll see that he#s gained a little weight and lost fat. But then reading the post is overated...

seems like reading posts in the internet and making brake pads at one time turns out as a bit distractive.

didnt read it properly then,sorry

I have the solution. Beer, pies, fish and chips, fried breakfasts, coffee, all the nice things in life. I'm 104 kgs and love it

First ever go at illustrator, needed to make a vector for a mate of mine's business. Well happy with the result!

Also, picked up an 09 macbook pro with a new battery today for £400, happy chap. Will make working int he studio 1000000000x easier.

Never really had need to use it if i'm honest! Everything i've done so far has been photoshop/ indesign based and i guess i've just never had reason to branch out into it (that and the fact it confused the hell out of me the first time i looked at it :P )
