dann2707
I just got this snap Didn't take 2 mins to do too, i'm going to go around with insulation tape to hold it to the car and to block out any gaps on the day! I'm planning on pumping the air bed up so it fits the void in the back where the seats would have been, so its gonna fit in there snugly. isitafox
The one thing I like about it being this warm is when it comes to thunderstorms and tonight looks like being a belter. It's still about 22° here and the skies are already starting to flash!

Revolver
If I was at home when it it it would've been nice to go out in the heavy rain. Haven't done that since I was a kid!
haydon_peter
Spent the last 2 weeks riding DH in the Alps, this is where I slept last week. I had to get a 160cm Thermarest as there was only about 170cm of boot length (Full length sleeping mats are all around 180cm), the forks on the DH bike clear the roof by about 2cm and because I am short I could sleep with my legs straight! Greetings
Learned to play most of The Entertainer by Scott Joplin with only the assistance of a mobile phone playing a Synthesia rendering of this piece. Really proud of myself, it's currently the only thing I can play on a musical instrument but it's so much fun. I might learn something else now. It's funny how my mom always said I'd regret not learning to play the piano but clearly it isn't necessary with modern technology.

dann2707
Had to resit something from first year because I was naughty and it was a core module. Got my result back today and got 96%. Not that it counts towards anything but glad it's out of the way
MadManMike
If you're hiring out vans, would you not make it quite clear that people driving for less than two years aren't able to hire it? Not Choice in Eastbourne, no, they just put it in the small print in the confirmation email. As such I only saw it today and I'm hiring on Saturday to move house! Luckily I found another company that are happy to let me drive it and it's only a fiver more... Could have been stitched up there!
LukasMcNeal
Used EasyVan once and you book it and pay before its even been confirmed they have a van available for when you need it! Literally booked a van like ahh sweet thats all sorted check the email and it says we will let you know if a van is available for the selected date and time, was cutting it fine to move out in a few days and needed an awkwardly big one, never again! MadManMike
Haha that's pretty sketchy. Company I've gone with now seem pretty damn good to be honest, the guy asked if I wanted to be collected and driven to the van for free - as it turns out that would make me a little later than planned so I said no, but it's a pretty good deal. I'm still surprised that the original company don't mention it when booking, like a drop down box on the website to select how long you've held a license... It wouldn't be difficult to do. It's not like it's even clear on the confirmation email, it's just lucky that I read through the small print!
JD™
I've been using Choices for yonks, and they're a pretty sketchily run company but they're good overall. If you're willing to ignore stuff, so are they. They decided to ignore the fact I was 20 and had had a driving ban when I first went to them, so I've thanked them with my business ever since. Now that I'm 26 and the disqualification is 'spent' I could go somewhere else and get it cheaper, but I kind of like the way they run their business...

Greetings
Competition tomorrow. Very hot weather so all the turbocharged cars will be properly down on power making life just a little bit easier for us. Only downside is I need to get up at 5 am but at least I'll be driven there
