isitafox
Just got back from a few drinks with my dad, uncle and one of their mates. First time I've been to the pub for a drink (not with wife and her mates) since Dec 2011. Only had 4 pints but I'm half cut and could easily have stopped out, loads of nights/days out coming soon and I'm soooooo excited!

Luke Rainbird
When it comes to underwear I tend to do alright. We'll have that chastity belt of before you can even smell the chloroform.
bing
Happy happy happy. Sun is out, bike is now properly functioning thanks to 24martin for sorting me the brake out, lounging on my new garden furniture, off riding tonight then a few bevvies. What a dream
MadManMike
So is this some 'ish that I can get involved with? Seeing as I'm moving to Brizzle next week
isitafox
Sorted the Marino out, thought bollocks to it so I added a link in the chain and now have the wheel set back in the dropouts. Will just have to sort the adjusters to accomodate something a bit meatier to hold the wheel back and the rotor is bang on perfect to where the pads sit. Pics and full geo shall be applied to the forum tomorrow!

isitafox
Phone has just sprung a couple of bars of HSPA (semi decent signal) out of nowhere. If I wasn't at work I'd surely be tuned in to Stu Allan knocking out some oldskool classics on Unity Radio

Martin Reynolds
thats nuts, but i like it!!! its awesome. Its been so hot in the evening, i went to buy a fan and all the cheap ones are sold out. Im pretty sure they run at 1600rpm, so just audiable, but move lots of air and are far quietier than a shop brought fan!

Ben Cox
Stubborn freewheel: 0 Me: 1. Wouldn't budge even after hitting with a hammer etc, ended up slipping my old motorbike exhaust over the wrench which gave enough leverage to get the b*****d off . Ben Cox
Got out of work early so sat in the garden having a tinker with the bike, sometimes I'm happier fixing stuff than I am riding! Shame the chain is too long to just sit in the dropouts, but too short to fit adjusters . Also, rear bearings are a bit loose, but ho hum! SamKidney
Was let loose on sorting a Citroen Nemo's engine at work today. Cam belt had snapped, bent the valves yadayada.... Skimmed the head, fitted new valves, gaskets on, fitted head, timed it up, fitted cam belt, set valve clearances....... after all the other shizzle was on, gave it a few turns by hand, all good, turned the key, fired first turn and ran a treat. They're only simple engines but it felt great to know my boss had the confidence in my ability to do it myself without intervention. I like being left alone to do things and figure them out myself. Love being able to put my new skills into practice successfully. Loving my job! Edited July 22, 2013 by Echo Lite 09
dann2707
Sounds good sam! I wish my course was fun like that haha, Happy because i've pretty much packed for Radfest! Car is all sorted for sleeping in it with the aid of bubble wrap tinfoil stuff! Gonna be laughing when we've had a beast of a night in the back of the car with airbeds, no condensation in the morning, pitch black inside even when the sun comes up, have music too, not having to pack away the tent the next day when you're all groggy and stuff. Screw tents. Bring on Friday!!
Sam T
I'm considering doing that too Dan. Any more pictures?
