MadManMike
Yeah I managed 2k at 8:31, no way I could maintain that and more for another 3k. What a beast!
dann2707
Haven't worn this shirt in 50 weeks apparently and really happy with how 6kg's of more weight can affect life. Actually fill it out a bit better now getting fat is great.

Ali C
getting a mini ramp made across the road from the flat on some waste ground! It's being commissioned by a local charity to help boost the area. I could throw a rock and hit the area it's so close, I can imagine some sweet summer ramp and BBQ sessions this summer. Also generally happy as I've had lots of good things happen recently and some promising things to look forward to.

isitafox
Got a heart rate monitor on for some uni work, made a call to Tarty for an order, put the phone down and my heart rate had gone up 20bpm. Love new bike parts!

Ross McArthur
My heart rate would go up paying anymore than a £1 from the pound shop for tubes!

Mark W
If you're going to ask for all the Stan Ti parts ever made that'll happen Dave Oli - if you wanted to save some £'s on your order you could maybe downsize your gearing so you were running an 18t front screw-on sprocket (which is cheaper than the 22t) which would in turn mean you could use any old bashring you wanted (rather than one with 22t coverage which tend to be more), and also mean you could drop to either a 13t or 14t sprocket on the rear which is again cheaper.
TrialsIsHard
That is an option but theres a chance that I'll want to go for something slightly harder, say 22-15, which wouldn't be ideal with a 18t front sprocket. I'm going to hold out for a set of cranks and a bash ring on here, cough*anyone*cough, because my wallet can't really take a new set. Mark W
If you wanted to run the equivalent of 22:15, you could do either 18:12 (which would feel a tiny bit harder) or 18:13 (which would be pretty similar).
