Is that who's that is? Been looking at it but it's collection only and part of me likes the idea of the disc mount on the flow as well as the slightly different geo.

Will have to have a think!

Yeah, Elite Access is his company's name. That makes sense- I don't think I'd ever go non dual disc anymore either!

After arguing with eBay the other day for some hours about a holding period they've decided to impose on all my received payments, the best they could do as an apology was refund the final value's on the 3 transactions affected.

What they actually did was f**k up and refunded me the entire month by mistake, to the tune of £120  Fantastic!

Going to post up what I made tonight. Hoping someone can appreciate how nice it is.

I made my own burgers and burger sauce.

First of all the burgers..

This consisted of:

-500g of beef. Mine was originally diced but I popped it in my smoothie maker to blend it up and it worked perfectly.
-Half a red onion, finely chopped and cooked for around 4 mins but don't let it brown. Just cook it gently on a low-medium heat. Remove from heat

Combine this in a bowl with:

1tsp of cumin
1tsp of ground coriander
1tsp of mustard (english)
1tsp of smoked paprika
1tblspoon worcester sauce
bunch of fresh coriander
one fresh chilli
salt and pepper

Omit the egg, you really don't need it. The mixture is nice and wet enough

This will make enough for about 4 decent sized burgers. Put them in the fridge for around half an hour just to keep shape. I've found putting them straight in makes them break apart.

I then made the burger sauce.

This consisted of around:

-4 tblspoon mayonaise
-1 tblspoon english mustard
-3 tblspoon ketchup
-1/2 tsp white vinegar
-dash of hot pepper sauce
-salt and pepper
-half a red onion - Coincided with the burger above.
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix that together and cool it in the fridge (covered) for an hour.

I then made some sweet potato fries. Which was using this recipe http://minimalistbaker.com/cajun-baked-sweet-potato-fries/

I used the "boiling potatoes from cold water" method to try and get them crispy. It almost worked I needed to leave them in there for longer but I was hungry haha

I then fried the burgers - a good tip is to press a dip in the burger in the centre prior to cooking as otherwise they curl up on themselves when frying. Doing that keeps their shape.

Standard procedure from here, burger bun, cheese and salad
