I've been waiting a month for these to be airbrushed.

*shoes*

TOTALLY worth it.

Out of interest, how much does it cost to get a pair of shoes airbrushed?  Is it not too bad because overall it's a smaller area, or do they pull your pants down because it's a bitch to work with?

I'm happy to be here! REALLY god damn happy!

I hit a tractor on the way to work Saturday morning and had to be airlifted to Preston hospital. My car is a wreck, I will be suffering financially for a few year. but at the end of the day I'm still here, I wont be driving anytime soon.

NO pics of the car, as I cannot face seeing it. but from what if heard. I'm lucky to be here.

Peace out guys!

Glad you're ok. Out of interest where do you work? Somewhere near Workington/Cockermouth? (Worked at M-Sport for a bit so know some of the roads round there.)

Yeah my EngD was sponsored by them so I helped develop the aero package for the Focus WRC06 and the Fiesta S2000 and RS WRCs for them. Although I was supposed to send a couple of years up there because everything wind tunnel wise was in Southampton I only spent about 3 months up there plus the odd brief visit for meetings etc.

Fixed a macerator today which was stuck in the on position for the last two years (installed a manual switch to override the problem, flooded my room a few times). It was the shittiest job I've ever done but I'm f**king proud of myself. Yesterday I fixed a vacuum cleaner. Tomorrow I shall fix something else. Getting rid of worms has really changed me.

Was it a sink or toilet macerator ? We used to make them for one of our crude sewage pumps.

Loving the correlation with getting rid of worms and doing stuff :D

Loo + shower + sink. The scale-crap-hair laminate inside was one of the reasons for failure. Other being that the pressure switch couldn't breathe properly.

The macerator is a Sanipro XR and it's got a fantastic design to be honest. So easy to dismantle and work on.
