Got it on dual CD. May have bought it twice cost I trashed the first CD set. No idea why that video reminded you of this place though, but I'm not oldschool trials. bikeperson45
Managed to finish my 200 mile loop around York on Saturday and still feeling chuffed about it, more of an exercise in planning and strategy than fitness. I always feel like Strava's moving time is a bit too generous, took me 19 hours which worked with my strategy of avoiding cramps and not fully exposing my lack of fitness for this. Also happy I managed it on a Decathlon bike I bought 10 years ago for £200, nice to have pulled it off on ol' reliable.

cwtrials
My wife and kids were driving home from visiting family when their car wouldn't start or take a jump 4 hours from home. A friend of ours drove to where they're at, started pulling fuses and checking voltages and was able to get the car started for them. I was getting ready to rent a caul hauler trailer and make a post in the angry thread.
Rusevelt
A little win purse for making a quick bet on England to beat Slovakia during the closing 90mins. Only £2 bet but won £58 on 28/1 odds.

Rusevelt
Well done Hamilton on historic British GP win although George Russell won this on merit before retirement of his car. Norris could have defended harder against Verstappen in the battle for 2nd and to improve his title championship hopes.
Rusevelt
Well done Kieran Rilley on bagging Silver on BMX freestyle finals. Competition was definitely tough. Not one for checking the Olympics schedule but does Olympic Bike Trials feature at Paris 2024? Edited July 31 by Rusevelt

Looks pretty decent too. 😁 (Mostly) due to possible noise complaints it took some guy over a decade to be allowed to build the local bowl. Under the railway bridge into the main station. Right next to an alternative centre/venue/general party location. noise complaints... 🙄

Ali C
It’s a sign that people have had enough of “wokeness”, it’s reassuring that there’s still some common sense left in the world. We’ll have to see if there’s increased tariffs which I agree isn’t ideal but I think that’s better than having the democrats in control over there…their behaviour has been really concerning to me. MadManMike
He wants to turn off the tap for Ukraine and he's a bit pally with Putin, so I can guess where it might end up.
Ali C
I see people don’t like the idea of him being able to sit down and talk with people like Putin, I see it more of keeping your friends close but your enemies closer situation. Id rather have someone on friendlier terms with dangerous leaders who might have more ability to calm situations down than a leader that tries to fight fire with fire. I also think the Russia/Ukraine situation is more complex that it might appear with Zelenskyy not being a total angel himself (though I have to say Putin is absolutely a jerk and extremely dangerous no question about that). Hopefully Trumps boasts about being able to stop the war quickly isn’t just hot air, I do think he’s in a better position than Harris to make it work purely because of his better “relationship” with Putin, I guess we’ll soon see
MadManMike
I don't see it as a bad thing that he can open dialogue with him, but if he does cut off all supplies to Ukraine, he's effectively handing it to Russia. If Russia do take Ukraine, where do they go for next? Hopefully he can negotiate some sort of deal and put it to an end, but time will tell I guess.
