Only around 7 ish miles but both up and down hill and I was getting stitches and running out of breath quicker than anything. Ridiculously unfit (and was never fit in the first place but remember being better than this last summer) Hard work but nice to be out again and hopefully increase my stamina a bit this year may be able to do more than one sidehop every 5 minutes Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
