williams
I wasn't really planning to write this here, but while we're still onto the subject of fitness etc: I'm so happy how I've reached my goals to have 10% of body fat and weight 80 kilos. My goal was to 'achieve this' in may, so I'm 2 months early. MAAAAD. I've been going heavier and heavier like crazy recently. I think it's down to the way I eat now Anyway, I'm happy! HippY
Nom nom nom. My favourites. I'm pretty f**ked when it comes to fitness, my foot is bolloxed and I like beer and shite far too much. Done another 8000 calories this Saturday night on it's own Yea, I wanted to write that my favorite days are Tuesday and Thursday, as I eat something nice, like a massive burger from one of the local burger place, or a burrito, or somekind of Mexican/American food. And then, I am really happy
Jake.
Bit soppy but this has genuinely made my day, read about it 3 weeks back, joined the Facebook group, just been quietly hoping they had some good news and now this has happened. http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/stolen-pug-frank-back-home-6802749 Edited March 11, 2014 by Jake. dann2707
Just generally f**king happy lately! Even though i've got 4 assignments due soon, the last few days i've been really dreading just general uni life but today i've kind of turned it around to "life isn't so bad and I will cope with them". Talking to loads of riding friends more, speaking to new people who share common interests, went for an ace run last night and felt great about it. The only downside is my lack of bike as the axle is broken and the weather is perfect for riding but again adding to the happiness, Dan Chandler is sorting me out with a new one. I love the trials community SO much.

CalopS
Fun ride out to Bolton Abbey today on the fixed. Longest ride so far at 30 Miles. It's weird how much happier you can feel with a bit of sunshine!
dann2707
I reallllllly want a bike that I can go on massive long bike rides with. How much are fixies usually?
CalopS
Not a lot. They are defiantly the cheapest way to get around fast. Worth looking on ebay/gumtree to see what is available anyways. I got my frame, fork, headset, seat post and seat clamp off a local guy for £45. The frames kinda bent a bit but seen as I run it brakeless it's not really a problem. williams
Thanks Will! Have you built up the new bike yet mate? Nope not yet, awaiting my salary so I can buy hubs and spokes, and hopefully a stem! Don't have much left after that

A second hand decent fully built one will be around £200, but you can get frames and forks etc for like £50 and bag some cheap wheels. Jake.
Properly happy with how I've been eating recently but a couple of people have said I'll just get skinny? I weigh 80kg at the mo, I definitely don't want to lose weight or get thinner at all so I'm a bit worried. I just want to cut body fat and build muscle, those of you that saw the diet I posted the other day, do you reckon I'll lose fat and muscle through it? As long as you're exercising a lot you'll be fine. Gym 3-4 times a week. Obviously there's lots of other ways to build muscle but I'm not sure what you have available. There's no wayyyyyy you can build muscle and eat 1800 calories a day without the use of alot of steroids haha! You can either chose to cut away the fat now, and then build muscle. Or bulk and build muscle now and then cut away the fat. You will lose both muscle and fat eating as little as 1800 calories a day! Drop me a line on facebook if you want some help, despite my young age I know how to eat
trialsbikingnunn
just eat well and eat a lot of protein if you want to lose fat and build muscle. go to the gym and go for runs and stuff and eat a lot of chicken and you will soon gain muscle. I know i'm fat and all but this works

I tried the ' vitamins in the morning, drink water all day and eat all your food at late afternoon' thing and I noticed a cognitive change and I cut fat a fair bit. I was catching up on a months worth of work in a single lesson for all of my subjects, I liked it.
LukasMcNeal
Just clean bulk, I'm guessing your bf percentage can't be that high? Clean bulk on loads of protein and restrict fats and limit the carbs a bit then when your happy cut the fat properly. Most probably the best way of doing it imo

isitafox
Loving this weather and the fact it's getting dark later! Been getting the odd hour on my bike this week just having a play and seeing what kind of things I need to be working on. Also my back is getting better and I've picked up a few little finishing touches for my bike, might have to go back to dual rim brakes soon though if I don't get my front disc working well! williams
So tired of how my life looks like at the moment.. It's only: College- directly to work - Home and eat quick - Go to the gym - get home eat and study. I got this BIG assignment to do for tomorrow and because of my partner being in kuwait we couldn't start untill today. So we mailed the teachers and they understood our situation so we have the whole weekend now to do it instead. Happy!
