dann2707
Yeah the whole "ready and waiting" thing screamed out jealousy to me? It looks like she's asking for space but seems like she actually wants reassurance and comforting?! She feeling insecure about anything recently? Skoze
Yeah, it's all a bit weird at the minute really. She's not overly happy where she is and her course is pretty full on, whereas i'm living in a sweet place with shit all to worry me (i did an entire semester's work in a week and my tutors loved it) I think she gets jealous that i'm having a good time with all my mates down south and she kinda feels like it should be her there with me, you know? The Jenni thing is shit, she's a really good mate of mine and hand on heart i'd never want to go there, shame girls don't really believe that sometimes! Just hard work, i'm living with her next year too so it's not gonna get any easier. It's just all a bit strange. Massive row about how i should go and see her, then being told i'm not wanted when i offer sucks. As for texts and that, I'm not expecting a full on conversation, just the odd text here or there would be cool. Being told straight up i'm not important enough to talk to despite her being sat on facebook or whatever is a bit of a kick in the nut sack. JD™
I take it Jenni isn't one of the rug munchers then? I can't remember their names! There's clearly something she needs to get out - it's all about being open and honest, both ways. Once you've both got it out there you'll probably realise it was nothing anyway. omgnoseat
You're actually going to lose a ball? Yes, unless a miracle happens. But there is no blood flow so the chance is very small. Im on day 4 now, and it's still one big swollen black-bruised mess down there. The pain is unbearable when I try to walk too. Can't wait for this nightmare to end. No, not one of those - she is however massively into mdma and Big Black T next door, so we're fully not each other's types I'll chat to her tonight when she's finished uni and try to get to the bottom of it... isitafox
Feeling very irratable today, ankle feels generally stiff and achey (could be the 3 mile round trips I've been doing on my uni, naughty boy), neck is killing for some reason, I'm bloody red hot and my work jeans seem to have shrunk and feel tight and uncomfortable. All this just generally adds to the annoyance of needing one more part to finish building my Inspired, still waiting for my Marino to come back from paint shop, not having anywhere to store my bikes other than the big shed at the farm which overnight leaves things covered in dust and s**t, not being able to ride for another month and a half, rant rant rant rant rant........ This all sounds like me when I'm over tired. Every single bit of it, even down to the hating how your jeans feel on you. Have you been getting enough sleep lately? isitafox
Nope, moved up to the inlaws farm now and we've had to compromise on taking some stuff as there's old furniture there that's been in the family a while which we obviously can't rid. This means I've gone from sleeping in a good sized double bed to a junior double bed and being 6'3" it feels bloody tiny, can't stretch out properly at all so when I wake up my ankle is stiff as f**k. It's been a pretty big thing moving an stuff so that's taken it's toll, first week and a half of being in there the missus was finding jobs to do which kept me busy till 22:30-23:30 every night so we're only just starting to settle into a routine. I'm sure it'll improve in the coming weeks but at the moment it's a complete pain in the arse.
anzo
Urghh, 4 hours at work changing over a f**king network switch. 1. Didn't it in the cab properly because of the bloody power cable. HP insist on a weird cable, so an 90 degree kettle cable, which i have lots of, won't fit it. 2. PoE switch which means the access points need reconfiguring so that there is no power injector. These are Cisco AP's and therefore a pain in the arse. 3. One PC didn't like the switch. Dead on the network card on the PC. Plug my laptop in and it works. Move PC to another socket and it works...go figure. 4. Because of point 3, I do not know which other PCs will be effected. Meaning a 6am start for yours truly. Urghhhh. ogre
My best friend who I started riding trials with 7 and a half years ago has broken his leg for a second time and is completely selling up. I understand and respect his decision. I know how shitty broken bones are but its sad to lose one of my main benchmarks for riding. Least I'll be the best by default now... Luke Dunstan
Sorry to hear and hope you get things sorted. Kind of similar situation in my mate the other week who works away all the week then comes home at weekend and usually goes out on the piss Saturday told his missus of 14 years with 2 kids that he didn't love her anymore and left. She went off the rails on Facebook for a few days about it and he moved out but they went out together just the two of them for the first time the other night and it looks like he's moving back in this weekend. Gonna take time to properly mend things but it gives you hope. I had an epiphany at the gym last night, I think i've realised how selfish I am. this whole thing has really slapped me across the face like a knowledge kipper. I've seen the Doc this morning to sort our my anger issues, and to try and change my ways I've applied for voluntary work at the Oxford Hospitals. The first step is to improve myself. Went passed the village this morning and saw her walking the dog, it was so hard not stopping and trying to speak with her.
isitafox
What you need is a trials bike to burn off that excess energy on. Proper tgs basher to take your anger out on!

krazykid009
My school have decided that it is not in my best interests for me to continue next year and finish my A Levels, and as such they re rejecting my re-enrolment and I have been kicked out of the school. Applications for local colleges and schools have now closed, meaning there is little to no chance of me getting into any to finish my subjects. Chances of Uni are now diminished, and all plans I had for the enxt 4 years of my life are screwed up. FUBAR'd Thanks a lot arseholes. I'd suggest getting on the phone now or trying to arrange a meeting. I'm sure there is some allocation for late enrolment. Or maybe that's just a Scottish thing, we're nice up here.

Or have you taken predominantly coursework based subjects? This seems like a pretty harsh decision from them, but then again some schools are all about A*-C grades and if they don't suspect you to get them.. you're out. Definitely don't give up and get on Andrew's advice and call the colleges you're interested in.

krazykid009
Nothing, got full marks in my Media coursework, it is basically because I would only be taking Media Studies next year, and they want me to be taking 4 subjects worth of lessons to continue at school, but won't let me start any new courses as I would only be doing the to AS level. Essentially, I cant do what I need to do to stay on and finish my course, despite being one of only two people to ever score full marks in the coursework, and being, in their words, the best media student they have ever had. Been on the phone to the colleges and schools locally, most won't take me or have the same problem as my current school. They decided this before any results have come out? Or have you taken predominantly coursework based subjects? AndrewEH1
Can you not go to college part time to just to do AS Media Studies (and other other courses that are required for uni)? Seems a little silly to me...try and have a 1-to-1 meeting at a local college? There must be something they can sort out... Luke Rainbird
Have you done any other AS courses this far that you can carry on to the full A level? Presumably they have written in to their access agreement/similar that to 'graduate' you must be leaving with a certain number of credits from X sources hence the requirement, but have a good old chat with them - there's always a way. Completed all my other courses, just because I started Media a year late, I have only done the first half. Sucks big time styley! Problem is, I am doing cinematography/film making at Uni, and so it is the one critical course for me really!
