yeah, told them, but they were like " ohh yeah we tried it and our chainwhip bent"

So I give it a go at a different guy or try to find a friend with vice

If their chainwhip bent they were definitely doing it wrong primarily because a chainwhip shouldn't be involved at any stage. Most times, bike shops are really, really shit at doing anything unconventional so having to take a freewheel or sprocket off a crank tends to be a step too far. There's one Scottish bike shop in particular that was trying to tell a customer of ours that we'd threadlocked a sprocket onto a wheel because they couldn't get it off. To prove it was possible, we paid for the customer to send the wheel to us, took the sprocket off then posted it back to them.

They'd even had the technique explained to them over the phone, yet still seemed to think a chainwhip would be enough...

I know

They already changed freewheel twice ( last time they started with a hammer and a screwdriver. I am not sure wether the freewheel is good or not) and when I installed a sprocket on a screw on freewheel they were like " ohh yeah that will be easy to take off"

Yet, I started to say my stuff: Put a chain around the sprocket, put the chain into a vice .. and the answer was the chainwhip bent they tried...

No matter how hard I try to save money together I never seem to have enough.
I need a car more than ever now with my job and falling light, my ride home is f**king sketchy at night while Im restricted to pedaling home and the ever earlier dark hours make it worse and worse.

Been scammed out of nearly 100 by a mate after me doing an honest favour for him and getting him out of the shit too, f**king real that when Im trying to find money for a new car.

Ordered some spokes from tarty earlier but cancelled it before I'd made the payment as I forgot to mention the hubs and rims, had to do the school run so I thought I'd order when I was waiting outside and still bloody did it without adding what hubs and rims! Oh well, should be here for Friday at least so can build this weekend at work.

My foot hurts, for no real reason.

I have a sore throat and a cold.

My car is still bugging me as I've not had a chance to sort it and it's miles from home.

I've gotta go to Hastings today so it's going to sit there for another 2 or 3 days.

Just had a pretty shit week, loads of little things... :(
