williams
What does she do wrong mate? Would take ages to explain, but the most important part which makes me so furious is that she lies all the f**king time. She makes up things, and of course, my father believes her a lot more. And no matter how much or good I argue back, they just don't WANT to believe me. I know that d*ckheads will comment: ahh you're just a teenager. But I'm pretty f**king sure that I know when someone tells lies, since I know the truth. So your stepmum is f**king your mother and your father? Impressive. WOW! You're so f**king boring Sorry for the bad language mods, you can ban me if you want to
*gentlydoesit
Misconseptions thread looming.. I got told I was stupid for not knowing that Australia has summer when we have winter last year. Also a funny one, near where I live when I drive to Uni, I drive past a sign pointing down this road that says "Thorpe Park" and I ALWAYYYYYYSSSSSS wondered why the hell it was pointing to Thorpe Park theme park all the way up in bloody Leeds. But for 5 years I just took it on board and didn't think anything of it. Turns out Thorpe Park is one of those industrial work estates near where I live. What's more embarrassing is that my sister works there and I didn't put the pieces together haha. . I've never been able to do either. I've just found out that Red Bull is a fizzy drink. I always thought it was a Formula 1 team/extreme sports brand (and that makes me angry.). When I was young I thought that because I liked women I was heterosexual, but if I liked men I would be homosexual. applying some flawed 'same across the sexes' logic to this, I tried to convince my mom that she was homosexual because she liked men Edited April 10, 2014 by *gentlydoesit

SamKidney
Ended up with this Corsa I'd originally f**ked off. Got it running, and cleaned up well and it's a tidy thing in all honesty. But after a quick drive I can't help but notice how slow and boring it is. Gets me driving and all that Jazz but I'm seriously considering either splashing the extra 400 quid on insurance and drive my civic or insuring the little Saxo VTR we have at work. Or you could drive a boring car for a year and then have a more realistic insurance for your fun car. Makes you enjoy it more as you have to wait. Unless you're intending to go out and sit in your car like one of 'the boys' Williams have you had a decent chat with your dad one on one? Man to man father to son sort of thing. dann2707
You're always complaining you don't have any money dude. Drive the corsa, is it a 1.0 litre? 1.2? If so you're gonna get a million MPG and driving it on the edge when you do is going to be fun as hell, hence why Tarty Adam wanted something like that for a track day. Rather than driving your civic around because it's got a noise extender when you get to a certain RPM. Plus as George said, it's way worth it when you finally do that insurance check and the price is ridiculously lower. Just my two cents because i've done it all 2 years ago
Jake.
I personally find slow cars fun as you can floor it as hard as you can and still get like 40mpg. I managed to get 28mpg in the jazz once and that took some going haha probably the most fun I've ever had though.
isitafox
Jazz's own, wish I still had mine. Getting 28mpg was a piece of piss though with a full stainless manifold, exhaust and decat!

isitafox
Yes! Cheap and cheerful family motoring at its best, and it handled like a go kart!

JDâ„¢
No Family motoring is having the lady using a shit heap which carries kids and associated paraphernalia, while motoring enthusiast drives a decent car. That definitely excludes the Jazz, but doesn't exclude all front wheel drive hatches, obviously! EDIT: That one in particular looks like a snow plough. Sorry. I love your current car, you should definitely not be missing that 'thing'. Edited April 11, 2014 by JDâ„¢
Jake.
I meant to add "of shit" to the end of that but got distracted by George coming in my room saying he just punctured his inner tube with a grinder while sticking his tyre ffs.
AdamR28
I think what JD was trying to say was... It looks cool in a 'first level on Forza' kinda way, but not in real life
isitafox
Unsurprisingly I sold the bumpers and exhaust to an Asian gentleman from Bradford! I'll leave this here to redeem myself slightly, was one genuine lady owner from new who used it in Cyprus and had only done 48k!

bikeperson45
Went to the pub with a few friends last night. I had said how I hate getting clothes and that most of what I wear is just what I've got from birthdays and Christmas over the past few years and he starts the whole 'you have to learn to be independent' crap and obviously he's in his first year of uni. This has happened a few times where uni students comment on how much they've learned to be independent in a condescending way and what they forget is I lived alone in America for a year and I paid all my own bills. Sure they're living away from home but they're in communal halls and shared houses and their money all comes from loans and their parents. If one more person says something about being independent to me I'm going to login and make another post here

Do you live your parents atm? I t might be that for them it is a new and good feeling, it is basically like talking to your friends after loosing your virginity, it is always funner if you lost that around the same time how do I write these sentences..
