Some c-units are setting up scaffolding on the building across the street. Not impressed. Local establishment can feel my f**king wrath tomorrow morning. Anyone know what legal sticks I can beat them with?

well the building they were working on was lit up, so i presumed it was hunky dory, called the council and they said it shouldn't be happening. complained to the business too. i'm a right grump old fart these days.

Matt you use a mod right? I wouldn't have thought snapping one spoke would matter too much.

My old rear wheel was missing 3 spokes for about 4 months and was alright. 26" too.

But then again it's me I suppose lol.

Feel miserable as f**k. Feels like nothing cheers me up for a while anymore :(

Get on the blower to that munter, throw back a few bottles then polish her ringpiece up followed by a good old walk through on YouTube for your admiring public.

Try wearing pads/supports dude, I used to get horrible pains in my knee after a few hours riding but since I've started wearing pads I have no problem at all. Knees feel strong and powerful all day and don't ache at all afterwards.

I didn't think it mattered too much if you snap a spoke on a disc as it's all hub based? Or are the spokes flexing now?

the wheel is well on the piss. i'd rather not ruin my rims when i have spare kit available, brand new TNNS washerless clamps and a fresh grind on an urban rim. might even be a nice change

Boss has re-arranged my windscreen fitting for tomorrow instead of next week.
It's meant Ive had to fanny around getting the car there to be done and I've got to try get hold of my other parts to do at the same time.

I'd wanted to space these out to prevent me spending in one lump and leaving me low on money for the weekend.
