There were some call-outs issued in the direction of the workshop (there usually are, but this time about the tyres). Is that because they're bolted on the right way round Dan?  I remember seeing some of your bikes in the past ;)
dann2707
Haha not quite. Echo bars are the least comfiest bars ever you should know this!
Mark W
Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of them either in that sense. Â I guess the bonus of that bike being so cheap now is that you can make some changes like upgrading the bars without needing a mega budget. Bars on the Jealousy are a really weird shape (or lack thereof) too.
JT!
Tyres? First thing I noticed was the disc rotors.
bikeperson45
 In my quest to be a stereotype goody two shoes, in my role of Scout leader I went to sing carols at the local old people's home. It did not go well. None of the Scouts were singing more then mumbled and it was left to me to be that annoying first person who sings first so people get where we are. Horrible experience.

Not to sing...it was doomed from the start. Edited December 6, 2015 by AndrewEH1

Catch 22 as if you put them on what we'd call the 'right' way, when customers get the bike and the rotor says "Rear ->" and it's pointing in the wrong direction it makes it trickier.  Not a massive difference either way in fairness, but there we are...
Jolfa
My Aussie PayPal balance went over $1000 yesterday so they've decided that they need verify my details. Emailed them my drivers licence and passport, not good enough, they need proof of address in the form of something official and Austrlian, which I obviously don't have... So I'm basically able to look at a 4 figure sum that they wont let me touch. Awesome. The worst part is, I only went over 1k because they took 5 days to refund a cancelled payment. MadManMike
I had the same thing recently, it's like they want to make life as difficult as possible. They asked me for feedback a couple of days later, I had fun writing to them explaining how shit they are.
Jolfa
They're normally really helpful over the phone, I spent 20 minutes chatting to an American woman about how to sort it, she said I could take a form and my drivers licence (after labouring the point that my passport isn't something I carry around with me) to a post office and sort it on the spot, drivers licence not good enough, terrific. Useless bastards, Auspost are as bad. Auspost also apparently attempted a delivery for me at work today but the recipient wasn't known at that address (they never came, asked or attempted anything), so I'm going to have to go through the same bullshit to claim a parcel with no proof of address tomorrow. TrialsIsHard
University servers crashed while uploading my assignment at 11hrs:59min:30sec resulting in me getting a late penalty, great. My fault for not uploading it earlier, but I'm still very annoyed about it.
dann2707
Why would you even risk uploading it at that time, no offence but that's just stupid as f**k - You sort of deserve it man!

I had a copy uploaded, but wanted to upload a new one (which I assumed would overwrite the last). I think because so many people were uploading at that time it crashed, so I hit upload again (this time at 12:01) and it decided it would upload all three files. So my original is there on time, my improved copy is there on time and this f**king other one is there with a penalty. I've got to reason with my lecturer this afternoon and see if he'll not give the penalty. It's only a 5% penalty, not capped at 40% (thank f**k) otherwise I wouldn't have risked it. It is my fault though, I agree.
forteh
When I was at university we had to print things off and hand in hard copies, cost a fortune printing at 5p a page! What was worse was the printers typically either chewed up the paper, jammed or plain lost the job on the network :(

Do you not have a payslip or bank statement with your Australian address on? When applying for a UK police check I had to provide 2 different proofs of my current Canadian address which were dated within the past 6 months. I had moved a few times and rarely got anything posted to me but was able to get around it by printing a statement from my online banking. To get a second proof of address I got the company I worked for to update my address so that my next online payslip had the correct address on it. So neither of my proofs of address had actually been posted to me  Regarding picking up your parcel... assuming the parcel is addressed to you surely you can just show photographic ID to pick it up? Jolfa
My bank address is the bank itself (on the other side of the country), my payslips have the address of a hostel I was staying at when I first started, my PayPal has my work address (which is why parcels go there too) the address they need is the work address, where I don't live. I move house today just to complicate things further In theory my passport should cover both issues, however I'm reliably informed by the mangers that collecting parcels without correct proof of address from this particular office is a colossal ballache. Up until now they've been just leaving parcels on the side, by the front door where customers grab helmets for test rides on their way out and not bothering to tell anyone, so $500 worth of camera can sit for 3 hours for anyone to pick up. I only started getting stuff sent to work because the last thing they attempted to deliver home went missing for 2 weeks... They're f**king useless!
