Duncy H
Seriously considering that, it's a kick in the teeth that I rebuilt my wheels probably a month ago onto new rims though and I'd have to go matching rear hub cause I'm a tart
N.Wood
What colour / set up is the front hub? I am also a tart and after a silver / polished king or pro2 front hub to go with my shiny rear.

isitafox
My wife is living in a f**king dream world, she seems to think that at the drop of a hat I can get time off work to help her look after our kids at home when I've already blagged last minute days off and had managers come in to cover for me so I could go home early. She says she's struggling with our boys as they keep fighting and arguing so I've said ask her mum if she can have them for a few hours so she can get some rest and without even considering it she says that her mums busy (which I know is bollocks as sh'es offered to have them before and my wife refused point blank and then moaned to me). I've said I'll get my dad to have them tomorrow for a bit as he loves having them round playing in the garage but again that's out of the question, does my f**king head in. JDâ„¢
Get your Dad to go cover your work, stay at home with the kids, sorted. Oh no, wait, there's that dream world again...
forteh
What age/gap are they? What's causing them to fight, is it boredom, space or just normal sibling crap? Lily is 9, Reuben is 5, leave them together and there is invariably tears within an hour - it's not malicious fighting but Lily is (undiagnosed) high functioning aspergic, she can't read when Reuben is annoyed/upset so doesn't recognise that she should stop doing what she is doing. However if we seperate them and can keep her occupied (zero attention span and no concept of persistance, if she can't do something instantly she gets frustrated and gives up despite being 100% capable of doing it) then it is all quiet and peacefull. They both have a hudl tablet that has time awarded before bed for good behaviour throughout the day, we have found it to be a great leverage tool and things get done. When it comes to bedtime there is no squabbling and generally things are quiet and happy. You're in a tough situation though and frustrating when you can only see the logical sense of offloading the kids to grandparents. Perhaps trying to find the reason as to why she doesn't want to offload the kids? IMHO losing them for a day isn't really a remedy, it isn't enough time to recuperate and is a reactive solution not preventative.
isitafox
They're 4 and 6, the 4yr old has got chickenpox at the moment though so he's just generally tired and feeling a bit rundown. What they both want is someone to play with them but my wife is usually sidetracked with our 10 month old. They quite happily get along when they play outside but the weather's been so bad recently that they haven't had chance to get out and now the 6yr old is back at school I think the other feels left out. Also with us going to hospital with our daughter over xmas and my wife staying in with her my daughter got used to having her sleeping at her side so since coming home she's not been settling well in her own room (teething not helping) so my wife is absolutely knackered and pretty much needs some sleep. Again though being obscenely stubborn she won't have an early night and go to bed at 8ish as she says she wants to spend time with me though this usually involves her lying on the sofa and then falling asleep downstairs. Says she feels guilty going out and doing something on her own which she enjoys if I have to stay at home and look after everyone and then gets stressed as she says I can't keep the house tidy so she has to clean up after me when she gets home. There's a possibility that if I can find cover I might be able to get tomorrow off but I guarantee that if I do she'll say she wants to do something as a family but will turn down all my ideas and then moan she can't be bothered to physically do anything as she's tired but won't want me to take the kids for a bit for her to sleep. It's literally like talking to a brick wall, she says she can't think what to cook for tea or where we could all go out as a family so asks me for suggestions but turns everything down that I come up with. I actually can't win or do anything to please her! Also f**ks me off that she seems to class me coming to work as "me time" as if I come here out of choice
AndrewEH1
Send your dad around to do some 'DIY' and keep the 4 year old busy? A bit of adult company for your wife too? Do they get on well?
Mark W
A bit of adult company for your wife too? But seriously, inventing some scenario for your Dad to come round would be the one.
