monkeyseemonkeydo
Surely they'll have the odd cancellation? If it's only 2 days tell them you can be there anytime they become available just to get it done. Show enthusiasm and commitment and they're bound to cave... Sam Nichols
I just emailed and said that if they have any instructor free I'm willing to pay a fee for attending and that I'd happily even do it in 4 half days if I had to... I'm having a breakdown.
*gentlydoesit
Can you find the contact details of the instructors and speak to them personally, rather than throuhg the college?
Sam Nichols
Nah, it's the college that issues the certificate so they would have to be involved.
Duncy H
Give the seller a shout, see what comes of it. I have contacted the seller, he has said that I said I was happy with the bike (which I did say when I received it so quick and after sorting out an original problem but before I found these other problems) and that he offered me a refund (which he did) if I posted it at my cost back (to the top of Scotland). Ideally I don't want to send the bike back cause it's gunna cost me roughly £30 odd and I've payed out for some seals and pads for the back brake. Ideally I'd like a bit of a refund towards the parts I've had to get (which I think is fair) but it seems he's not gunna budge or respond no more. isitafox
Sounds like the wanker I swapped my trials bike with, really winds me up!

I was thinking he might let you know if he had a last minute cancellation, or somthing he could do to help, rather than leave it to college admin. Can't beat the personal approach . Mark W
Went to transfer money from my rent account to my current account. Did it the wrong way round, instant overdraft status: Activate. Switched it back straight away, but if they charge me for that it'll be kind of annoying. Sam - like I said in my text, there'll be a way... Skoze
They're probably all experienced eBayers then mate. I haven't bid on anything before the final minute for years now – why reveal my hand to other bidders any earlier? You'll probably see a flourish in the final minutes. How long's it got to go? Good few days haha, i'm just an impatient f**k. To be fair, i've never bid 'til about 5 seconds on anything, ever, so I should probably chill out. JQ1989
So I've been in my job just over a year now. I injured my back at work last April. Last Tuesday my doctor told me my back pain is chronic. Got into work today and got told I had to watch a manual handling video. Thanks guys, 'bout 13 months late though. bikeperson45
Most people in my town around the ages 18 to 21 all seem to be at uni, getting so bored. My own little projects can only keep me entertained for so long.
Ben Cox
Landlord is a massive bellend. Apparently I'm not allowed to keep my motorbike on the driveway anymore as it is solely for his use only. So now I have to keep it on the street. f**king fuming. Also he keeps going on at me about my other bike which should be going tonight. Really want to move out, but have other shit to deal with first Ben
bing
Binned my Xc bike today. Was riding from stainforth to Thorne down kirton lane. Went over the level crossing, because the crossing was damp my front wheel dropped in to the track and threw me over the bars. Gashed my knee open, banged my head, bashed my elbow and hip. My knee hurts like a b*****d now, took a fairly big knock. I was probably doing 18mph, trying to get a good time on a strava segment

Surely if you're renting the house, he can't just decide to use parts of it?
Ben Cox
Renting a room in the house, he rents out 3 room and him and his missus (massive twat) have the downstairs. Not being allowed to use the driveway was never in the tenancy agreement though. He's parked his car at an angle so I can't actually get it on the driveway now. Ben Cox
Bought a beard trimmer recently to try and tidy it up a bit, even on the longest setting I'm now back to stubble. I miss my beard! Turns out it was hiding a pretty mean double chin too. Something to sort out! Ben
