Luke Rainbird
Congrats, Ben (Rowlands), and a massive well done also to Ben (Travis) for the comp itself. Nice one folks
-G-
Congrats Ben R., well deserved Can we see the full results? i'd like to know in what position i was, and how many points i got, thanks. just a little thing....Ross McArthur says i his comment that he liked the idea of the zooming out of Aaron and Matts video, this shouldn't be a reason to vote them because to use the zoom was prohibited to me when i asked to Ben about that before the comp... good video though and thanks to Ben Travis for all this good job Edited March 19, 2013 by -G-
Jake.
G, you were second from the looks of things. But Bens video was that little extra notch better, really good clips from you both

Jake.
Video must be filmed at ONE LOCATION Video must be filmed from ONE SINGLE CAMERA ANGLE
Ross McArthur
It was only one angle though. If Ben had specifically prohibited G from zooming, then I guess I shouldn't have used that as reason for voting it in as a winner. Even without the zoom out, it was still my favourite, so quit yer whining. Edited March 19, 2013 by Ross McArthur
-G-
i thought the same, it was filmed in the same angle camera, etc... and maybe "prohibited" sounds a bit hard, sorry, just i asked to him about to use the zoom and he told me "I'd prefer if it was just a single camera shot without the use of a zoom. Just means you have to be that little bit more imaginative"
1a2bcio8
Looks like it was very close then! Good work and thanks to Ben and all contributors/entrants in the competition. This sort of thing is, I believe, really good for all of our riding. I certainly made more of an effort than normal to push my riding because of it. JDâ„¢
What will you do with the frame Ben? I don't see you riding 26" street nowadays, so will it end up being a bit of a hack around bike or something?
Mark W
Needs to spray it up to look like his old Giant frame, then make an old school Ben tribute video. EDIT: Also, both nice work and congratulations.
Ross McArthur
He'd have to grow his hair and shave his face too! Do it!
1a2bcio8
Haha, that's an era I definitely don't feel a need to return to in many senses I think I'll use the frame to run a bike I can ride a bit of TGS/competition on but that still roles nicely. I'm particularly interested in that because I think I'm going to keep my 24" brakeless from here on out. Brakes on the 24" keep giving me tendon problems unfortunately.
Pete.M
This sort of thing is, I believe, really good for all of our riding. You're right about that, even though I rode really small things in my video, I still acheived many 'personal bests' during the making of it. Many congratulations, your video still amazes me. Thanks to Ben T, I had great fun making that video, even if it was terrible.
eskimo
Well done Ben. The glossary of words was cool! Thanks for the mention Joe. I'll do better next time.
bikeperson45
Congrats Ben, obviously deserved. And thanks Ben T for organizing it, cool to have these things going on, good for riders to get a push to make some swanky videos.
mintsauce
Well done Mr. Rowlands and thanks very much Mr. Travis. It probably goes without saying that I thought the use of the zoom was very particularly innovative and perfectly legitimate [/joke] Peace
