Smashanddash19
So my echo has a system x stem on the super short steep ones I think a mod stem would change the feel for the better so what geo have people used on stocks and how did they ride
isitafox
I wouldn't go near a mod stem on that frame, the BB is only +25mm. I used to ride a Zona Zenith which is almost the exact same geo (chainstays were 5mm shorter) so I personally would go for something like the Trialtech Sport Forged stem at 120 x 17° which is what I used on my Zona. Jake.
90mm - Kids trials bikes, or street-orientated 24"/26" bikes. 127mm - Kids trials bikes, or 0-50mm BB height 26" bikes. 150mm - 20" bikes, or 50mm+ BB height 24" or 26" bikes. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/26_inch_stems/tryall_3d_forged_no_top_cap/c41p10982.html?tab=reviews#box
dann2707
A guy who I used to ride Leeds all the time with used to have this stem on his Pure and his bike felt amazing, suited it perfectly. It's a trialtech but not sure what length but i'm sure someone will confirm
Andeee
At a push for that frame i would say a 130x25.. As that is the biggest geo stock suited stem out there although a lot of riders like myself and others run a 150x30 which is a mod specific but can be used for high b.b stocks too. What geo is your current stem at mo?
