VAMPIRE V12
Hey guys. Stopped riding my zoot a few weeks ago because i started bashing it a lot and me and a mate noticed my bb becoming loose so it has been kept off the road, anyways i went to tighten it tonight with the correct bb tool and the right hand side (drive side) cup will not tighten as i can still spin the washer behind the cup with my finger. But the actual cup its self is very tight i've even tightend the other side to make sure. Any thoughts? Cheers guys
bing
undo the none drive side first, then tighten the drive side up. then nip up the none drive side. if this still doesnt work, you might have damaged the bb shell by bashing it

williams
Might be a problem with the bearings or something among the lines?
Martin Reynolds
Might be a problem with the bearings or something among the lines? it sounds more likely that he's tightened up the cups in the wrong order. The drive side cup tighten's up until it locks against the frame, then the non-drive side locks up against the drive side
