It's been a long time since the last one.

Again, for some reason, it doesn't feel like a 100% or proper video. I'm very aware I keep saying this, so I promise I'll hold off on the next one until I'm fully happy with it.

My only excuse is that most of my better clips have all been siphoned off by a certain someone else making a certain other video, though Josh has been dealing with a pretty harsh shoulder injury, so he's off the hook.

Still not sure I understand his logic of doing insanely big dropgaps during the healing process, but I enjoy watching them all the same :P

Also - apologies for the few low-quality clips mixed in (riding-wise, and fidelity-wise). There's a bunch in there I didn't really want to use, but the song was slightly too long so put them in anyway. My camera's not too good in low-light situations, and it seems 80% of riding time is now in the dark.

Hope you can enjoy it in spite of all that.

Edit: It's come to my attention that at least one of you thought it was so titled due to being my fourth video on the JAF frame. That's a pretty bizarre coincidence, but it's actually Josh And Flipp 4, so when I say "it's been a long time since the last one", I don't mean the seven days since the Paris mini video, I mean since JAF3, which was just over 18 months ago :P

Edit 2:

Good vid mate, interesting to see a mix of bmx inspired moves whilst still keeping the big moves in there. I have never looked at Royal Roofs drop gap quite like that before, would be insane if the chap on the 26" tried for the wall just behind that - its deffinately do'able if he commits fully, from the looks of this video.

sweet stuff, the highlight for me was the hop over to nosemanual to manual down the stairs and the wallride to nose bonk over the bench. I still can't believe the size of the drop gap Josh tried in Leeds, the distance was pretty large!

So that's you on the mod? That bit was particularly awesome

Loved the whole video; entertaining, good riding, good spots and some pretty funny/ohmeegawwd bails. Personally the camera quality didn't bother me at all, mainly because the content was awesome (Y)

The only niggle; learn to skid without one foot nearing the floor ;)

Thanks guys :)

And Jonny, that's a line he wants, and we even got as far as getting the camera out for, but in the end he decided it was just one step too far for his shoulder :P

after seeing his riding style i am not really surprised he hurt his shoulder.hurt it during a ride, right?

very good riding

Cheers for the comments you'll,

Josh.

Looks like I'm going to have to watch this again, given the comments. I caught it in 2 parts last night at the beginning and end of a journey so maybe that's what gave me an odd impression of it. Just didn't seem 'finished' to me. I normally like your odd choices of music too but this one didn't work for me. However, that being said I'm gonna give it another watch at some point today just in case it was my general bad mood yesterday having an effect!

"Odd"? :(

What's odd about it?

cant wait for you to upload this on vimeo flipp...obviously sooner rather than later :)

Sorry man... I always forget some people can't view Youtube videos. I'll set it going in a minute.

Probably picked the wrong word, I mean more that you choose rather different musical accompaniments to your vids than most. I'd usually call them 'quirky' or 'interesting', but with this one I just thought it didn't fit :( That's just for me though, the music to a vid is obviously completely subjective.
