Luke Rainbird
Forgetting riding for a minute, how do you travel anywhere? Same rules apply, so I can only assume that if you're having to ask then you must be pretty housebound?
Blake
In all seriousness, I get the train. or scav a lift off of tom limburn or ash kennard if he's down. these are mainly pompey rides though.
Ben Gosden
No becouse i ride more than i go out for other purposes to be fair, and most rides and events are in the best places like leeds, hook, etc which means i need to spend around £100 a week on train fairs. I do have friends that ride and can drive but yet they all seem to live just about as far as these places for obvious reason .
MadManMike
In fairness, this is a stupid question. How do you think people travel? Helicopter? It's a well known fact that if you can't drive, you take a train or bus.
tryallmaster
My chauffeur takes me to all the rides I like to attend… (A) I remember when I was 13, I used to ride up to 20 miles to ride with mates. Kids are way too lazy these days. They expect riders to live next to them or won't bother making an effort.. Still today, I travel 1000's of Miles to visit mates and go for group rides. I just catch a plane. HAHA memory.. I remember a couple of times catching buses and taking my wheels off to get on..
shercofray
No becouse i ride more than i go out for other purposes to be fair, I find that very hard to believe. So your saying you don't work or go to school? And find places to ride closer to you? As people have said there are many forms of transport: bus, train, car, bike, plane, hovercraft, submarine, boat - it varies depending where you want to go. Use the one which is most effective for you - I'm going to go with trains. And they're not expensive if you book a few weeks in advance. I go to London every two weeks from Harrogate and its less than £30 return. EDIT: I'm not sure what you were expecting people to say. dann2707
Redspottedhanky or the trainline are great websites for booking train tickets in advance, so so much cheaper especially if you have a rail card. Leeds Christmas ride hint hint.
Revolver
I usually travel in straight lines. If I eat a lot of circular food though I can manage a few corners. Cheerios are good for this problem.
narrowbars
When I was younger I'd be on the train every weekend to Bristol, London, Oxford, Reading etc for group rides. Get yourself a young persons rail card and get out there, rides are happening all over the country all the time. Travelings part of the experience and the more you travel around the more riders / new friends you make

Sam Nichols
I spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds on train fares. Every penny I earn is spent on food, trains, bike parts and beer.
Andeee
My car as it feels good having freedom and being able to get around easier. I remember being younger having to ride to every spot in my town some of them being around 5-6 mils away lol. I also used trains for group rides or if i was lucky i would manage to get a lift of one of me parents as they would go do something for the day whilst i was on a ride. Exactly the situation I'm in, I usually ride other towns by getting a lift if my parents have something to do there. Failing that, I get the train or just ride to a local spot in my town.
