Hello.

First of all I think the person trying to sell an onza comp for 899 is a bit off his nut as you can buy a new one for 600 off tartybikes...

And as I used to ride mod (20") and currently riding stock (26") I can tell you they are quite far apart handling wise. I personaly find the stock easier to ride but since you used to ride BMX maybe you should look for a 24" street bike, such as an inspired or onza zoot, cause they are like a hybrid of both sports and also you should try them out if you can before you decide.

That site doesnt seem to cover the specs very well but I think the adamant looks like the better of the 2.

You should wait for some of the more seasoned riders to reply though as I am fairly new myself!

Anyways good choice of sport man trials is so much fun.

Oh and this video might help you decide: http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/media/guides/product_guide_20_inch_vs_24_inch_vs_26_inch_wheels/m8.html

hey cheers for the reply mate, i have watched the video great by the way and i have made a decision on what type i want to ride and its defiantly the smaller one with the 20" wheels, i want to hop up things and bounce on my back wheel from wall to wall :) haha, i just dont know where to buy one in my country.

thanks!

Coming from a BMX background you'll probably relate to the 20 a lot easier due to the wheel size and they are easier to learn the basic on.

I would however consider checking out something brand new from Tartybikes, I just had a look and due to the fact you'll have to pay no Tax (not sure what import duty you have if any) you could get a brand new Onza Bird shipped over for less than the cost of the Adamant. They even have the same Onza as the one you've posted above which shipped brand new would only be £50 more so I'm sure you'd be able to find something.
