CalRobbo341
I have had a small search around through the forum and through giff gaffs community thing and I can't find that much stuff. Guess I should start with that I have a blackberry bold and today I bought a £10 goodybag without the blackberry add on thingy. So what can I do with unlimited internet and how do I connect to the internet, not my wireless, currently on this. Main thing I want to be able to do is Facebook, Twitter, Whats app and the browser. I understand that next month I may aswell buy the bb add on to get bbm and emails. Thanks.
TROYston
Go to settings look for Wi-Fi, Turn off. I would rather use my wi-fi though....

Yes I know but when I am out and about I would like to use it, also just tried that and it doesn't seem to work?
TROYston
Packet data turned on? should be in network settings, though i dont have a Blackberry. Packet data is basically 3G(if there's a option for 3G makesure its on also.)
Jake.
Might be the area? My hometown doesn't support 3G.
anzo
I think you need the blackberry add on thingy? I know when I used to have a blackberry I had to pay an additional £5 per month to enable data?

monkeyseemonkeydo
Not worth starting a new thread so dug this one up. Just noticed that in the new pricing structure with GG if you buy a £10 Goodybag you get 1GB of data for which tethering is allowed (with a cost of 2p/MB if you run out in the Goodybag period) and for the £12 Goodybag you get unlimited data but tethering isn't allowed. Makes sense but worth bearing in mind.
Muel
Not worth starting a new thread so dug this one up. Tomturd just breathed in sharply and furrowed his brow.
