VAMPIRE V12
Has anyone tried a fresh rim grind with black maggie pads? and how did it turn out? I've seen tarty bikes saying that they work quite well on a fresh grind
N.Wood
Will last for a ride if lucky.
VAMPIRE V12
What the grind or the pads? or even both?
N.Wood
Pads, think they'll wear pretty quick. I wouldn't expect amazing results but they are cheap / free and if it will get oyu out riding try it and see
williams
Tried and tested by me. They're alright, the bite is ok but the hold isn't that good. They're better than nothing:) And the pads wouldn't even last a ride seriously;)
VAMPIRE V12
Thinking of having a go, Are there any decent pads for a stock out there that will last a bit?

BradJohnson
If you value your coxix then don't try it. Invest in some TNN ADM's/LGM's best thinks ever. Or if your on a budget, Onza Citrus do a canny job on a grind Have a look on TrialsAddict, they have them on offer for about a fiver, compounds soft like so they'll only last 2/3 months but they do the job. Also Jack Meek sells Cousts for £25 they are also very good.

Kieran Morrison
I've actually found my cousts to be better than the adm's I'm currently running in terms of hold, but the bite on the adm's were great, at first. Think a new grind should sort bite and hold though as mines fairly dead.

BradJohnson
Cousts work LGM's/ADM's work. Buy either and your brake will work equally as good set it up right and dont keep messing with it.
