Danny00135
Excellent news for Backstab Burial!! This came up on facebook yesterday: "BACKSTAB BURIAL HEAD TO WALES IN FEBRUARY TO RECORD DEBUT EP WITH SLIPKNOT/BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE/AS I LAY DYING/TRIVIUM/MACHINE HEAD/SKINDRED PRODUCER! You read that correctly. Backstab Burial will be hitting the studio in Mid-February 2013 to record their DEBUT EP with the notorious Metal producers, Ginge Ford and Matt Bond! Luke Dunstan
The producer doesn't pick you, you pick the producer. They must be spending big for some reason, metalcore can be recorded in a garage and still sound good.
Muel
For such a small band, that's a brave move if they're paying for it... It's good to have a properly produced album to send out to people, but with ~750 likes on facebook they don't strike me as the most popular band in the world. I can see it not paying off to be honest.

JD™
And experience, which just says that this is ego masturbation... Much like how every now and again I bring out the fact that Enter Shikari asked one of my old bands whether they could come support us on tour - doesn't mean we were any good, just good enough at the time for a band no-one had heard of to want to come play with another band no-one had heard of (or ever did!)
