clerictgm
this is another reason why rear freehubs rule for street riding Wait wait, what? The trouser-leg of my jeans was jammed between chainstay and tyre. What relation has freehubs to my fall? LEON
I've never understood why any rider, trials or bmx would wear skin tight jeans to ride in. (Nice riding spot, I'd Ryan Leech all over that) My shorts have got hooked on my seat a couple of times, scared the shit out of me as I go to pull up. CalopS
I've never understood why any rider, trials or bmx would wear skin tight jeans to ride in. Because FFW sucks (your jeans in if there not skin tight at the bottom)
dann2707
I know this topic isn't about getting jeans caught in FFW's but I found as soon as I put a bashring on I never had that problem of getting it caught in there ever again.
Ali C
I miss read your post and thought it was about freewheels and jeans. I have no idea how you got in your chainstays? Must be really baggy jeans?

LEON
On that subject, where is that youtube vid? The death metal mod sidehop one with the spray on jeans?
Sam Nichols
Devils advocate; skinny jeans are a much better choice than baggy jeans because it's way less likely you're gonna catch them on anything. I have no idea how the OP got his skinny jeans stuck, makes no sense.. EDIT: I also misunderstood the topic title, bloody double negatives. Blake
I always tuck my jeans in my sock. Still get to wear comfy jeans and no one really notices

clerictgm
Man up. Already. Nothing stops me from riding. Just wanted to tell people about this to provide an opportunity to learn on my mistake. Consequences of similar fall can be very very bad (if it happens on bigger height). Martin Reynolds
I quite like wearing totally impractical clothes. Baggy all the way. Reminds me of when my girlfriend suggested me to ride in a mankini, then asked wouldn't my ass be cold on the seat...

JD™
Whine whinge whinge. It's obvious that baggy jeans might get caught in something at some point. It's obvious that shorts will be cold when it's cold. It's obvious that skinnys might not be to everyone's taste. Protip: if you don't want to hurt yourself, try knitting or something.
