ooo
Im thinking of filing my dropouts on my fourplay and it seems like a half link chain would make sense but I've heard they stretch loads, has anyone tried them ? Which chains stretch the least ? I'm using a KMC 510HX at the moment. Edited October 8, 2012 by ooo
Luke Rainbird
Which year Inspired are you running? The 2011 Fourplay will run a standard chain with a tiny amount of filing and no halflink Edit; That's with 22:15 gearing. 22:16 should be fine too. Should have made that clear! Filo
A full half link chain stretches really bad. Each link stretches and the distance accumulates over length of chain. If you can find a odyssey bluebird chain, they have a riveted single half link. Ive been using this chains for a while trouble free
