Then I'll do whatever shizzle that floats my bizzle. Up to rears are favorite at the minute. Seem to be able to go higher easier now Im used to my 24". That's not as silly as you made it out to be (unless you were being serious). For someone like me who couldn't be arsed to learn new things, and most of the time couldn't be arsed to ride but would like to improve, it's an interesting way out.
